Gentle Lather Shampoo is completely different from those bad old days of harsh shampoos. It uses only the gentlest cleansing agents available and creates a mild creamy lather. It will clean your hair but will not strip it out, so you can actually wash your hair and have it look good on the SAME day!  If you have fine hair that gets weighed down easily, you’ll especially love this because there are no added oils or moisturizers. It is also a great shampoo for straight hair.

Usage

Shake bottle, wet hair well and massage into scalp to create a light lather. Finger comb lather through length of hair and rinse well. You may not get a ton of lather the first time though but your hair will be clean. If you want more lather, repeat the cleansing process. Weightloss moisture for fine hair.

Adding moisture to curly hair is tricky practice. Some curls need a good dose of moisture but are of risk of getting weighed down. Aloeba uses aloe, jojoba, coconut and avocado oils to moisturise hair without being too heavy. The added benefit of a variety of herbs and spices makes this a truly fabulous conditioner. Aloeba can also be used as a leave-in conditioner.

Usage

Daily conditioning for dry, thirsty curls.

This thick conditioner uses Shea Butter for its moisturizing properties, adding wonderful softness to super dry hair. Too Shea! also utilizes the beneficial properties of 14 different herbs and spices. Good for daily use on thick, dry hair and can also be used as a leave-in.

Confident Curls is a creamy styling product with a consistency thin enough to make it easy to distribute through even the tightest, kinkiest curls. It creates amazing definition and provides excellent humidity protection. By itself it’s not super curl enhancing, which makes it great for tighter curl patterns looking to elongate rather than enhance curls. For those with looser curls, using it with Rockin’ Ringlets will give you all the bounce, definition and frizz control you need.

Usage

Use Confident Coils with Jessicurl Rockin’ Ringlets or Gelebration Spray for extra curl enhancement or alone to give tighter curls definition and hold. Distribute evenly through soaking wet hair and scrunch to encourage curls or finger-comb to elongate. Air dry or dry with a diffuser. This stuff is pretty concentrated, so less is more. If your hair is fine and gets weighed down easily, use a very small amount at first and increase from there if you need more hold.

Rockin’ Ringlets is a powerful curl enhancer that will boost waves into curls and make your ringlets rock! It has a thin consistency and light-to-medium hold so it won’t give you ramen noodle hair, but helps control frizz all while allowing your hair to stay touchably soft.

Usage

Shake bottle, pour a quarter sized puddle into the palm of your hand and rake through soaking wet hair. Scrunch to encourage curls, adding more as needed to evenly distribute. Air dry or dry with a diffuser. If crunch occurs after drying, just scrunch it out. For added hold and humidity protection, use with Confident Coils Styling Solution.

All day hold and frizz control

Spiralicious Styling Gel is thicker and stronger than any of the other styling products. Spiralicious is much thicker than Confident Coils and very gel-like in consistency but does not flake in the hair like many gels can. While it can dry crunchy, that initial crunch scrunches out really easily, leaving the hair very soft to the touch, but the curls hold up all day. 

Usage

Apply evenly to soaking wet hair and scrunch to encourage curls or finger-comb to elongate. Air dry or dry with a diffuser. Use with Jessicurl Rockin’ Ringlets or Gelebration Spray if extra curl enhancement is desired. If you just want hold and definition, use by itself. Once fully dry, any crunch that occurs is easily scrunched out to reveal touchably soft curls that will last all day.

** You will note on the ingredients label for our Spiralicious Styling Gel that it does contain a drying alcohol, ethanol, to be exact.  Our bottles of Spiralicious contain about 7/10ths of one percent ethanol.  Ethanol is a necessary component in Polyquaternium 69 which is one of the ingredients we use in that gel.  Spiralicious is our most popular product and has been used on curlies around the world (including me) for well over a year now and we have never had a single report of it causing dryness.  The proportion of ethanol is so low in this product that it does not have a negative effect.

This deep conditioning treatment really moisturises and strengthens the hair. This treatment works best with a plastic cap left on for 20 minutes but can be used as a daily conditioner for super dry hair. It uses cocoa butter and shea butter to add some serious moisture to dry hair.
