This can also be used as a co-wash, gently cleansing as it slides through your curls.

Directions:

Wet your hair in the shower
Squeeze a 20-50c amount into your hand
Rub together between your hands for 10 seconds
Apply at your ends first, and then work up the hair (focus on the driest areas first)
Rinse off your hair in tepid water, focusing on the roots
You don't have to completely rinse out the ends if a light leave-in treatment is desired
Use as a leave-in conditioner on your ends for deep hydration if required.
